This new digital programme has been designed by the Florence Nightingale Foundation in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Information Officers of NHS England and Digital Health and Care Wales. It is supported by Health Education England's NHS Digital Academy and the Welsh Government.

The opportunity is for nurses and midwives who are aspiring to senior digital nurse or midwifery leadership roles at provider level or are seeking opportunities to move beyond these to have influence at regional and national level.

This programme lays the foundation for technical, data-centric, educational research or leadership roles and is vital to building a pipeline of nurses and midwives with the knowledge and skills to lead the digital health and social care agenda.

Applications for the programme opened on 12 October 2022, and will close on 18 November 2022. Shortlisting will take place throughout November and December 2022, with notification letters being sent in March 2023.

Find out more and apply on the Florence Nightingale Foundation website.
