New self-guided agile and product learning on NHS Digital Academy Campus
We’ve launched a new set of free, self-guided courses to help colleagues across health and care build confidence in agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and effective digital team practices.
The learning is available on NHS Digital Academy Campus and is designed to fit around busy schedules, with bite-sized, practical content you can complete at your own pace with courses ranging from 40 minutes to more in-depth learning.

- Agile Foundations – Introduction to agile ways of working; the values, principles, and why agile supports better delivery of public services
- Continuous Improvement – Learn the basics of continuous improvement and how to run methods such as root-cause analysis and value stream mapping
- Team Health – Learn how to foster psychological safety, improve communication, and navigate conflict constructively in your team
- Team Charter – Introduction to team charters: a collaborative tool designed to enhance team clarity, cohesion, and alignment from the start
- Digital Multi-Disciplinary Teams – Introduction to creating and supporting successful digital multi-disciplinary teams
- Digital and Data Foundations – A bite-sized course covering health informatics basics. Across 23 sessions you’ll learn key terms, explore real examples, and complete reflective tasks to build confidence using data, defining informatics problems, and engaging stakeholders to improve care

All courses are open to everyone in health and social care, free to enrol, and self-guided - whether you’re new to agile and product delivery, refreshing the basics, or looking for practical tools to strengthen how your team works.

- Browse the course catalogue and click through to get more information on a course
- Enrol on the course in one click and start learning straight away - pause and return whenever you need to. The courses are self-guided and will remember your progress
