The Secretary of State has launched a new plan, designed to be used by health and social care and industry leaders, to help guide their efforts to digitally transform services for their populations.

It presents a vision of what a digitally transformed health and care system could look like post 2025 and the steps being taken to lay the foundations.

The plan includes the future roadmap for the NHS App which is set to become a key front door to NHS services with an array of new features being added over the coming years.
