NHS Digital Academy Campus: New self-guided agile and product learning
We’ve launched a new set of free courses on NHS Digital Academy Campus, designed to fit around busy days and available to all staff across the health and care system.
Tony Blacker, Senior Platforms and Relationships Manager at NHS Digital Academy, provides a whistlestop tour to highlight what's available.
"The courses offer a simple way to build confidence in agile ways of working, continuous improvement and how digital teams deliver," explains Tony.
"They are self-guided and aimed at awareness level, ideal if you are new to agile and product delivery, want a refresher, or just some practical tools to help your team work well together.
"The learning is hosted on NHS Digital Academy Campus and is designed to fit around busy schedules. Content is broken into practical, bitesize sessions you can complete at your own pace, whether you have got 20 minutes to spare or you want to go deeper over a number of sittings; the platform saves your progress as you go, so it is ready whenever you have time available.
"This learning offers health and care colleagues the opportunity to build their confidence in delivery, improvement and teamwork. There are 6 awareness-level courses currently available, with more to follow soon.
"If you lead or support a team, please share these with colleagues and encourage them to have a look. We will continue to grow this learning offer over time. Each course includes a short feedback form at the end and your comments will help us improve the content, so please do share what worked well and what would make it even better."
