The workforce digital skills charter is a shared ambition, a rallying cry for concerted and focused action to close the essential digital skills gap in the UK workforce.

This is part of a coalition driven by our partner, FutureDotNow.

The charter breaks organisations out of silos, uniting us to build a future-fit, digitally confident workforce.

Whilst FutureDotNow has a focus across all industries in the UK, we’re particularly interested in helping health and care employers support the development of essential digital skills in their workforce.

If you would also like to highlight your commitment to this shared endeavour, consider joining us in signing the charter.

In addition, the support the NHS Digital Academy has given FutureDotNow has enabled us to have 40 licences for organisational membership to FutureDotNow.

Membership grants access to additional resources to understand, measure, and close your workforce’s digital skills gap and we would like to use these licenses to ask you to test these resources for use in health and care organisations.

Please bear in mind that these resources are not customised to health and care and we would very much like to hear what you think if you do choose to sign up to be a member. These are offered on a first come, first served basis.
