NHS England Cyber School in Partnership with your regional Digital Skills Development Network
Launched in June 2025 as part of the Cyber Improvement Programme, Cyber School is building cyber capability across the NHS by providing fully funded training and recognised qualifications to complement the experience of our cyber professionals.
As we know cyber resilience is a shared responsibility. Keeping the NHS secure depends on strong collaboration across IT, Digital and technical teams, not just dedicated cyber roles. That’s why we’re excited to expand Cyber School beyond traditional cyber teams.
We are now offering funded places on the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ courses, including the exams, specifically for Infrastructure, Network and Server teams in addition to wider IT and digital colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen core networking knowledge, build cyber-aware technical teams, and directly contribute to the resilience of NHS services.
If you’re interested in taking part, please speak to your line manager to gain approval. Places are limited, and subject to demand we hope to release additional funded places in future.
Join us in strengthening cyber resilience across the NHS together.
Both courses are open via the Skills Development Network website.
