Training and education for innovation adopters survey

Your views will help Health Education England (HEE) and NHS England's Innovation, Research and Life Science team to identify and commission training to support everyone to spread and adopt innovation in their work.

The Training and Education for Innovation Adopters survey is for anyone working in a clinical or non-clinical role in a health or social care organisation in England and interested in spreading and adopting innovation.

The health and care workforce are not systematically supported to adopt innovations. Staff require support to increase their capacity, capability and confidence to adopt innovations to meet needs. However, currently there is no universal offer for innovation adoption training (practical skills development) or education (theoretical knowledge development). 

The aim of this project is to co-develop a national innovation adoption capabilities programme to support local/regional systems through a suite of education/training offers for different audiences.
